Pastocookers large kitchens / Pastocuiseurs grande cuisine
The PC GC is an addition to the Pastocooker, designed specially for community catering and for hospitals and retirement homes.
The PC GC along with the standard functions of heating, blending and cooling includes a specific programme for soup:
- then cooking for the required time with an electronic timer,
- finally beginning of the cold cycle with the milling turbine to mix the soup,
- at the end of the cycle (~~4°C) everything stops and goes on standby,
- the slow scraper starts again for 10 seconds every 15 minutes to maintain a constant temperature and homogeneous product.
Advantage of the PC GC :
- automatic cycle in the machine
no more handling during the cycle, the mixer being in the container no manipulation,
- possible use of a dose pump at the outlet of the container to fill pots or bags.
