This policy applies to all purchases made from mainland France (the catchment area of ​​our online store).
📦 Products eligible for return
All products can be returned, whether defective or not.
Exchanges are possible, subject to availability.
Returned equipment must be new, unused, and in its complete original packaging.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make your request.

By carrier: the return address will be communicated to you after validation.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A 30% restocking fee is applied (unless the product is defective).
In the event of a defective product or error on our part, you will not be charged any fees.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 15 days after receipt and verification of the returned product. Refunds will be made for the amount of the product, less any restocking costs.
