Easy to use, no generation is caught off guard by complicated programming procedures.

You set the different cooking times and the hot / cold setpoint temperatures of the different recipes (if different from the factory settings) when the machine is installed, then a simple button starts the program without any other tedious manipulation.

At the end of the cycle, the machine stops.

The pasta cooker goes into conservation / ripening mode and the cold periodically raises to keep the product at the cold set point temperature.

After the product release, all the removable elements go to the dive for easy cleaning.
