The Fruit Distributor TEKNOICE represents a significant advancement in the ice cream production sector. This innovative machine aligns perfectly with continuous freezers to precisely insert a variety of chunked solid ingredients, such as crushed hazelnuts, chocolate chips, or chopped fruit, directly into ice cream. This results in a generously filled and flavorfully enriched ice cream. It integrates easily into production lines, connecting effortlessly to filling systems for a wide variety of containers, from small pots to large bins to cones.

Mounted on wheels, this dispenser is easy to move and position. It is equipped with a transparent cover above the hopper, allowing constant visual control over the feeding process and general correct operation.

The three modular frequency inverters guarantee autonomous management of each motor, promoting flawless precision in the dosage of ingredients.

Preparation and Maintenance

The system is designed for connection to a closed circuit cleaning device (CIP), simplifying maintenance operations without requiring complex disassembly.

The Process of Incorporating Ingredients

The TEKNOICE Fruit Feeder stands out for its blade pump which injects the ingredients regularly and continuously into the ice cream, thus preserving their integrity. The process is broken down into four key steps:

  1. Loading and dispersing ingredients in the hopper equipped with an agitator to prevent clumps.
  2. Precise transport via adjustable speed auger to the feed pump.
  3. Meticulous dosing by the blade pump which conveys the ingredients into the ice cream flow.
  4. Final homogenization by a variable speed mixer for uniform distribution.

Control and Security Systems

Compliance with European Standards

In accordance with EEC Directive 89/392, the dispenser is equipped with advanced safety devices, such as a magnetic sensor that stops the stirrer when opening the lid.

Electronic Engine Management

Each motor is equipped with an electronic system that controls speed via frequency inverters, ensuring delicate and precise handling of ingredients.

Recommendations for Use

For maximum optimization, it is suggested to send product samples and recipes for pre-testing on the machine, ideally during order finalization.
