#1 - Philippe, you held several positions of commercial engineer and business developer especially in the consulting and engineering ... Can you present us your course in a few words?

After a commercial BTS followed by a master in marketing / commercial strategy, I spent almost 2 years in a consulting company. I started as a commercial engineer in the company GAC Group, expert in public financing following my alternation in this same company. I then worked as a business engineer at Ingeva, a subsidiary of the AGAP 2 group, specialized in project management in the railway environment.

#2 - After a few weeks in the heart of Hubert Cloix, what are your first impressions?

My impressions are very positive. I find everything that made me want to join this company on a human scale. It is a company where life is good and the support is personalized. It was essential for me to have this. Moreover the company being in full growth, my role does not stop only with the pure marketing of machines. I fully integrate the strategy that the sales department wants to put in place, which is very rewarding (Marketing, communication…).

#3 - What message do you want to send to our customers or future clients?

Customers must trust Hubert Cloix! The machines are robust and easy to use. Nowadays companies that manufacture machines made in France are unfortunately becoming more and more rare. By working with us, the client can be assured of our professionalism. From the first discussion to our very responsive customer service, we are there. Today we have historical customers who can testify to it!

#4 - Finally, in a few words what would you say to describe the company Hubert Cloix in your way?

It is a family SME where it is good to work. The atmosphere is pleasant and I received a very good welcome from all the collaborators. There are lots of projects in progress, it's exciting!

# 5 - Bonus question, what is your favorite machine?

Ah, that's a great question. In reality they are all of high quality. From a purely personal point of view, I will nevertheless say that I have a penchant for our multifunction pastry machine - catering, the "Technology" Combi-glace. It is "incredible" to see the number of recipes that can be made in one machine. Sweet or savory, in cream or in sauce, you can even make ice creams or sorbets, it's pretty crazy!
