General description

The TEKNOICE filler is a semi-automatic unit intended for filling rectangular or square containers, which can hold approximately 1 to 5 liters. It works in tandem with continuous freezers for ice production, filling up to three flavors simultaneously.

Technical characteristics and operation

Constructed from stainless steel for added durability, it is designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The machine consists of:

• Slide Tray: Made of stainless steel with adjustable guides to accommodate different bin sizes.
• Time Doser: Connected directly to one or more continuous freezers, it dips into the tank, fills it to the set weight, then rises to begin the next cycle. The doser works with a pneumatic mechanism, and the dosing cycle is adjustable using a timer.
• Electrical Control Panel: Made of stainless steel with IP 65 type protection.
• Adjustable Feet: For easy installation and adjustment on various surfaces.
