Hubert Cloix moves to Lognes – part 2

Hello, and welcome to this second episode of our mini-series:

“Goodbye Saint Maur, hello Lognes ! " 

Today, I suggest you zoom in on the After sales service (after-sales service) Hubert Cloix. With our move, we are fortunate to now have a 100 m2 store within the company, and with the aim of always improving our after-sales service: for us, it is important to be reactive and to always be able to respond to various requests, whether it is a technical problem or a missing part.

We have two levels of after-sales service. First of all, the “technical and troubleshooting” after-sales service. It is managed by our technical director as well as our technical manager. For any problem relating to machine repairs, this service is very responsive, in order to be able to respond as quickly as possible to your requests. The level of requirements is thus maintained. 

We also have after-sales service for spare parts. As said before, our store provides us with a permanent stock, and thus allows the shipment of Hubert Cloix spare parts, within 24 hours.
