Trained with the Compagnons du Devoir, as well as some of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Geoffrey nevertheless started with his father Philippe, founder of the Gil house, in BĂ©ziers. It was then under the impetus of his dad that Geoffrey created Chic&Choc, helped by his mom as a saleswoman.
At Hubert Cloix, we love his youth, his innovation, his motivation. To show the love of chocolate and the mastery of its know-how in creations as simple and refined as they are gourmet and good, it's faultless!
