If she completes her apprenticeship by learning in several stores in the region, she will then prefer to advance alone.

Sacha Wajnsztok uses his aunt's former restaurant to sell his puffs. Success is immediate: those who come, return, passers-by are curious, then won over. The requirement that it imposes on itself pays off. The little cabbages please. Sacha, every day, prepares about 1500 of them. From 4 o'clock in the morning, sometimes earlier. The nights are short, but she says " i do what i like ».

Two years ago, in December 2018, she went in search of more spacious premises to prepare the many holiday orders. It is the true birth of " BAG ". This is what she calls herself.

The proof when I arrive with Philippe, sales representative at Hubert Cloix, to pay him a little visit in the East.
"Hi Sachou" he says cheerfully.
I don't know Sachou choux yet, but it won't be long, I'm buying 12. I won't regret it: all the flavors are delicious: tiramisu, pistachio, chocolate-whipped cream, mirabelle plum, praline ... not to mention the famous lemon meringue, very popular with customers!

She can thus prepare 60 liters of pastry cream all at once, which she then flavors according to the flavors she wants to give to her puffs. Considerable time savings in marathon days… that's no small feat! " The investment is worth it ", she says.
