In 2019, Scaramouche, a well-known glacier in the Alpes de Hautes Provence is falling into liquidation. The company, which then had more than 20 people, was looking for a buyer. Claire Noble did not hesitate for long. She introduces herself and the esteem she has for the brand pays off. She re-opens a shop in La Brillanne, Scaramouche leaves on a new base with two employees: Claire on the communication and administrative part and an artisan ice cream maker in production.

At Scaramouche, no typical day! We adapt… to the weather, to the seasonal fruits, to the customers. That's the beauty of the job.
Some habits, on the other hand, are preserved, and the small team insists on going to collect the milk at the farm every morning. Milk so fresh that it is still often hot ... Reading these sentences, are you thinking of moving to Provence, not too far from Scaramouche? U.S. too !

But we haven't told you everything yet! Let's talk little, let's talk well, let's talk about perfumes! Scaramouche ice creams have made their reputation thanks to their original and typical flavors of the South of France. The honey and thyme ice cream in particular is very popular with customers. For Claire, it will be more the one with sheep yogurt, accompanied by a raspberry sorbet, with which it goes perfectly. We do want to believe it…
But Scaramouche, it's also frozen pastries that make you want to! Made from ice creams and sorbets offered in stores, they combine delicacy and freshness in a perfect balance.

It must be said that she still has three! Of them pastocuiseurs and ice turbine, which according to him, work very well! And when there is a problem, there is a solution!
