This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made since the France.

Products affected

  • Returns accepted for products defective and non-defective
  • Exchanges accepted subject to availability
  • The returned product must be new, unused and in original packaging

Return time

You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to make a return request.

Return Methods

  • In store (on appointment)
  • By mail (address sent after validation of the request)

Fees and conditions

  • Return costs are at the customer's expense
  • A 30% restocking fee the price of the returned product is applied (unless the defect is proven)

Refund time

The refund processing is carried out within 15 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  • Personalized product photos in case of defective product
