The TEKNOICE marbling machine is an innovative solution intended for ice cream making marbled, integrating perfectly into continuous freezers to incorporate high density syrup or caramel. It is also available in a special version for using liquid chocolate.

Technical characteristics of the marbling pump

Entirely in stainless steel, the marble pump TEKNOICE optimizes the distribution of syrup or caramel in ice cream in a continuous and precise manner thanks to the combination of a gear pump and a speed variator with frequency inverter.

Special Design for Liquid Chocolate

On request, the machine can be equipped with a double-walled hopper with electric resistance heating system to manage liquid chocolate.

Principle of Operation

The TEKNOICE marble pump, thanks to the combined action of the gear pump and the speed variator with frequency inverter, a TEKNOICE innovation, ensures precision functionality without the pulsations encountered with conventional piston pumps.

Capacity and Power

A spacious hopper capable of holding over 100 kg of syrup reduces the need for frequent reloading, thereby optimizing continuous production.

Ease of Movement and Control

Standardized with wheels, the machine is easily movable. It is equipped with a safety valve and complies with EEC Directive 89/392 to guarantee safety and compliance.
