That's it, you're launching into the cold. Finally, by cold, we mean ice cream, granita, sorbets, Italian ice cream, frozen yogurt and eskimo ... In short, sugar, a few ice cubes, a little cream, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, strawberries, raspberries, pistachios or mangoes, a few egg yolks, why not fruit puree or coconut milk… As you will have understood, your only limit will be your imagination. Now it remains to know which machine to choose and how to use it.

Today, we produce ice cream in all forms. If the classic scoop of ice cream does not age in France, our Italian neighbors prefer the swirled version: the Italian ice cream.
Zoom on the different ice machines that exist.

The Italian ice machine

Hubert Cloix Italian ice machine is robust, easy to use, but above all, very powerful. Its different devices offer the user many advantages ...
- Work from behind the machine.
- Switch off half of the machine while the other is still running.
- Leave the conservation tanks in autonomy.

Italian ice cream differs from ice cream in tubs by its very light texture due to the air present in the frozen mixture. It is thus renowned for containing less fat than its cousin the ball.

With the Hubert Cloix KISS 3G POWER BACKSTAGE machine, you can serve up to three different flavors at the same time. It's up to you to let your creativity speak so that your mixes are the best, and your ice cream, the smoothest!
Add a coulis, a little whipped cream, pieces of meringues, a few nuts or diced fruit and enjoy ...

The ice cream maker

If you can also create sorbets in an Italian ice machine, there are nevertheless real ice cream makers, intended for the creation of these fruity sweets. Often less sweet than ice cream, sorbet comes in a thousand different combinations and flavors. If the classic strawberry or passion sorbet is always on the side, it is possible to create much more original ones. Tomatoes-basil, beetroot, apple-kiwi, poached pears, avocado… Sweet or salty, it brings a touch of freshness that we love on summer days.
Commonly known as water ice, sherbet is one of the easiest preparations in the ice cream world. You just need to mix the fruits very finely after having cooked them in a saucepan, let the mixture cool, then put it in the ice-cream maker to spin it. The cold build-up will create the sorbet. Low preparation time, easy to find raw materials… Child's play! And then, we must admit, homemade is so much better than industrial ice cream!

We sell different ice cream machines NEMOX which will allow you to make all your sorbets or ice cream balls. Whatever your production, we have the right machine for you!

Now it's up to you to choose what types of ice cream you want to make and thus select the machine that will be most useful to you.
