Our Grande Cuisine pastocooker is making a name for itself!

Our Grande Cuisine pastocooker does wonders! Indeed, nWe had the honor of coming 2nd in the “Equipment and Hygiene” category of the network Restau'co. NOur integrated solution for cooking soup and sauces challenged the jury, in particular on the issues encountered in the central kitchens :

  • Centralization of production to secure hygiene and traceability.
  • Reduction of manipulations to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (TMS).
  • Night cooking to unload the electrical network during the day.

Our machine has evolved well over the years. It now meets the expectations of central kitchens as much as possible. The Pastocuiseur Grande Cuisine offers a qualitative solution to the ergonomic problems encountered by chefs. They can now focus only on their creations, without worrying about the material.

“Through a response to a public market, the Hubert Cloix company was once again awarded an award. First of all, for the quality of its equipment but also the associated service.

Pastocuiseurs are used for making sauces, soups, semolina pudding and desserts. They work just as well during production as they do on shift schedules. This new generation of devices gives pride of place to ergonomics, an indisputable criterion of choice for the production team associated with the purchasing process.
